ABOUT CHRIS SCHRECK

Chris Schreck is the Community Engagement Manager for the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. In this capacity, Chris helps connect the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas to the Houston community, seeking to make the Bank’s thought leadership accessible and working to deepen the Bank’s understanding of and connection to the Houston economy.

Previously, Chris worked on domestic and international economic development, small business economic recovery, and scaling local food businesses in roles with the City of Austin, the Capital Area Council of Governments, and SRI International. Chris holds a Master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
