DG Don Moore Annual Address to Club

District Governor Don Moore addressed the club on Wednesday, September 4 2013.  Don hails from Walkerton, Ontario and has chaired the District Youth Exchange program for many years, prior to taking the nod to become District Governor.  Every year the current District Governor visits all 61 clubs in District 6330, at least once.  DG Don stressed the need to always be on the look out for potential new members, ones who have an interest in community service and have the potential to become an active member in the club.  Following the club meeting DG Don met with the Club Officers & Board members to review the club plan for the year.

DG Don encourages every member to take part in the District Governor's "Engage Rotary" Challenge. This is every Rotarian's chance to become engaged in local and district Rotary activities. The more you get involved in Rotary, the more return you get from knowing that you have helped make this a better world to live in.
