President Margaret Parson called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Larry and Gayle Gave the invocation.

Rusty Bucks: Jennifer’s co-worker Mike Smith is here, going to Seattle to see her dad for Thanksgiving. Lisa thankful for having known Rusty. Jim Clark happy for safe travels to and from Colorado for hunting and very happy that his family will be here for Thanksgiving. Larry happy for Susan Lockner because she is going to move back by her kids in California. Brandon happy because it is shop local Missoula so please support small local businesses. Cynthia just back from Chicago where she got to see her granddaughter’s fiancé play professional hockey. Cynthia’s sister will also be here for Thanksgiving. Gordon’s grandson went to Rexburg Idaho for a Rubick’s cube competition. Arnie mentioned that he lost his mom’s last week but says it’s a blessing because she was in a lot of pain. Arnie’s brother the doctor has given up his job with the Obama administration to change his course of life and will spend Thanksgiving with family and friends. Susan thankful in general and thankful for Arnie’s friendship. Mike Darrington thankful for his friend that came thru vascular surgery and is doing well. Matt Doucette spent the last two weeks with his mom and played marathon Yahtzee tournaments but is very thankful to come home to Montana. Steve Clawson has all of his kids home for Thanksgiving. Betsy is going to see her niece over Thanksgiving. Dick for Brian’s mother in the Missoulian for her refugee work.

Margaret distributed more gift tags for the Santa breakfast.

Lisa gave the Rotary Minute. Her topic was giving Tuesday last week and has asked our Rotary Club to go on line next Tuesday to donate to the Rotary Foundation.

Gordon did a Trivia question: What was George Washington’s middle name? He didn’t have one. What is Trump’s middle name? John

Cynthia introduced our speaker Scott Colunga. He is from Frenchtown and attended U of M and then attended the Charles University in Prague. Graduated in accounting from U of M. He works now for Jackson Contracting.

Speaker Scott talked about projects, history and success of Jackson Contracting Group.

Scott was awarded a Rotary coin with the 4-way test and service above self motto. His name will also go into a dictionary for our dictionary project test.

The 4-way test was recited and Margaret adjourned the meeting at 8:30 a.m.
