President Margaret Parson called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.

Glenn led us in the pledge and Jennifer gave the invocation.

Visitors: Susan guest of Jennifer’s, Nathan from Rotaract is here. Ed and Leslie are guests and our two speakers. Mike Darrington is a visiting Rotarian, and Mark from Montana Distillery.

Happy Bucks: Jennifer is happy to be joined by Susan who is one of the first people she met when she moved to Missoula; Betsy is going to PETS and is happy for past presidents. Lisa is back from New Zealand and had a great trip; Amy is happy because Logan got excited to come to Rotary and also the HOPE event this weekend for Partnership for children; Susan Hay Patrick spent some time yesterday with Matt Smith whose wife is incapacitated temporarily. Mark got his taxes done and for the first time couldn’t claim his daughters, bittersweet; Gayle is looking forward to doing nothing this weekend after 6 weeks of moving, travel, etc.; Dick made a hockey joke; David B. reminder Matt Brown is moving down to Florida;

Rotary Minute was given by Chris Ward. He talked about the Rotary 4-way test.

Wine committee will meet at Montana Distillery at 5:00 on Thursday March 1. Rotary clubs of Missoula want to establish a Rotary Park in Missoula. Rotary annual conference is coming up the last weekend of April. Each club has to have at least two people there.

Gayle introduced our speaker today. Leslie and Ed are committed to the Old Sawmill District and as our speakers today, they will be talking today about this new neighborhood of Missoula.

Ed and Leslie were presented with the Rotary 4-way test coin. The 4-way test was recited and Margaret adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
