Margaret called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.
 
Curt led the Pledge of Allegiance and Carl gave the invocation.
 
Visitors were Nathan and Spencer from RotorAct , Brandon brought Mark and Sandy is in the application process.
 
Happy Bucks: Matt D. happy because New England patriots are representing this year and he gets to go see his mom for a week and he is now becoming an insurance agent for New York Life. Chris remembered  Victor Torgerson who was his wife’s grandfather. Brandon good thoughts to Matt Smith’s wife who broke her ankle, he and wife are going to Arizona along with Abby for vacation and baby #2 is on the way; Cynthia went to Robin Selvig’s retirement party which was very nice; Arnie enlightened us on the 7 F’s and his dedication to them; Curt enjoyed Gordy’s party and into the kitchen remodel and he and wife are still getting along; Adam’s mother and brother are moving back to Montana; Sandy a sad buck, from Wisconsin so football season is done for them; Dick for the Pattee Creek ski trail; Nathan is presenting their fundraising monies to the Ronald McDonald house at the noon Rotary meeting; Margaret thanked us all for coming out this morning for giving her the motivation to get up and come to Rotary;

Announcements: Skiing is set for February 11th. Carl mentioned RYLA is meeting this morning with representatives from the other two clubs. Brandon briefed the club on the membership promotion called In the Bag.
 
Rotary Minute was to be given by Susan Hay Patrick but is home sick today. Margaret shared thoughts from Jim Clark who visited the Rotary Club in LaMesa Arizona.
 
Speaker was Matthew Olson from the Mansfield Center. This topic was a reminder to us all on the important work not only done by Mke Mansfield himself, but that of the center too.
