Grassroot (Backyard) Farmers & Seed Distribution

target local farmers particularly attendee from Agriculture Emergency planning workshop, spread between large and small scale farmers to distribute seeds, with stipulation of planting, harvest and yield reports. Work with Dept of Agri to get listing of licenced farmers and outreach to partner with small backyard farmers to provide seeds with same reports requirements.

Will also fo "Featured Farmer of the Month" story on FB page & website to showcase and promote farmers and farming in the community.
