August is Membership and Partnership Month and thus we want to announce a new game that our club will be playing for the month of August. It is called, “It’s in the BAG."
Beginning Wednesday 5th August and for each meeting or club event in August 2015, if you Bring A Guest (BAG) make sure you complete the entry form at the sign-in desk and place it in the BAG. At the end of August, one entry form will be drawn from the BAG and both the Rotarian and the Guest on that winning form will win two (2) free breakfast each at a future Rotary Sunrise meeting at GTYC.
Guidelines for It’s in the BAG:
1. One slip per guest visit. All Sunrise Rotarians with Guests are welcome to participate even if your Guest has visited multiple times in the past.
2. The entry form must be placed in the BAG before the end of the meeting/event that the Guest attended.
3. Guests attending committee meetings during the month of August not included but community and fellowship events guests are eligible.
4. There is no cash value for the prize.
5. Have fun and know that you and your Guests are welcomed and appreciated!
So Bring A Guest (BAG) and get as many entry forms into that BAG as you want! Let’s share Rotary!
