Step Three
This step involves you recognizing the inevitable - That there is no way you want to miss this conference, and you should probably register as soon as possible to secure your cabin! It is also the stage where you realize that this is a great value-for-money Conference to attend, as prices include your room, all food, taxes and fees, and Conference Registration. Only a $200 deposit is required right now to secure your ROOM. (not per person). Several months to pay the balance! (Prices on Flyer are per person based on double occupancy. Rate sheet has more detailed pricing).
Step Four
This stage is where you think about procrastinating. This is why you probably missed Bahamas or ended up paying last minute prices! Then you remember that action is the key to success and you fill out the Registration form and email to our travel agent partner STEVE (His information is on the Flyer and Registration Form). These forms must be sent to STEVE for processing.

The special extension to book accommodations at the Atlantis hotel has expired but we are working to acquire additional rooms at nearby hotels for those of you who are now interested in attending the conference but concerned about room availability. So book now and if you are not able to acquire a hotel room, send me a note and we’ll get you get a room at similar prices to the conference hotel.
During the past two week, there were a few issues with Cvent that prevented many of you from booking conference events. The good news is that those issues are now resolved so I encourage you to log in and sign up for the events that interest you.
Events that are still available include the RI President’s reception which is a boat cruise in Nassau Harbour. The Thursday lunch and the Friday lunch, both featuring outstanding speakers are also available as is the closing banquet.
The conference program will be completed this weekend but some of the speakers already confirmed include:
Prime Minister Perry Christie, Prime Minister of The Bahamas
Hon Obediah Wilchombe, Bahamas Minister of Tourism

Don't forget to Volunteer for the Car Raffle Draw Event! Submitted by Communications
The Big Day is almost here! We need YOU in your Rotary gear to come and help out at ALT's on Saturday, April 16th for the drawing of our Audi Q5. The drawing will take place at 2 pm but we need you before then so come for an hour, or come for the day.
Our Earlyactors will be selling cupcakes and drinks and there will be a kids area with bouncy castle, face painting and sno-cone/cotton candy, all of which will require awesome Rotarians like you to oversee. We'll also have a radio station doing a remote broadcast from the event so we hope for a good turnout.
