The Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman completed their first project this past Saturday at the Windsor Park.
Rotaract has been carrying out maintenance of the basketball court, stands and Hut over the past 3 years.
Over 11 Rotaractors and guests, including a Rotarian from Rotary Sunrise, began sweeping and cleaning at 7am and finished at 11am. After the hard work was over they had time for a quick fellowship.
President Rebecca said “I was happy we were able to make this our first project for the year, thank you to our Community Service Co-Directors Philipp and Jose for organising this.”
Rotaract plans to hold more projects at Windsor Park this year so stay tuned for more on how you can help! For more information on Little RCGC, you can check out their website www.rotaractky.org, or visit them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/RotaractCGC
New Leadership Month
As we move quickly through the month of July, it is important to note this month's RI theme - New Leadership Month. In support of your new Board of Directors, we encourage you, the members, and our volunteers to get in contact with your Board to see how you can help them this Rotary Year! All the work we do is organized by these Directors, and they need your help and support to accomplish all the great things we have planned as a club this year. We encourage you to visit our website at www.rotarysunrise.ky or our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Rotarysunriseky/
