Prepare to Set Sail
Enchantment of the Seas Calling....
Prepare to set sail for D7020 Conference 2017 aboard the Cruise Ship - Enchantment of the Seas! Tell me more you say?? Check out the steps below:
 Step One
Click the link below and watch this Promotion Video. Make sure not to get lost in Awe and forget to come back here for step 2.
 Step Two
Visit the District Website and download the Flyer and Registration Form. Read all the information about registering. MAKE SURE TO COME ON BACK for Step Three!
 Step Three
This step involves you recognizing the inevitable - That there is no way you want to miss this conference, and you should probably register as soon as possible to secure your cabin! It is also the stage where you realize that this is a great value-for-money Conference to attend, as prices include your room, all food, taxes and fees, and Conference Registration. Only a $200 deposit is required right now to secure your ROOM. (not per person). Several months to pay the balance! (Prices on Flyer are per person based on double occupancy. Rate sheet has more detailed pricing).
 Step Four
This stage is where you think about procrastinating. This is why you probably missed Bahamas or ended up paying last minute prices! Then you remember that action is the key to success and you fill out the Registration form and email to our travel agent partner STEVE (His information is on the Flyer and Registration Form). These forms must be sent to STEVE for processing.

Communications - Help Wanted!
Submitted by Communications

This awesome newsletter doesn’t come without the help of folks who can help print it. If you can do that once a month, please let Faye Lippitt know. She tried last week offering a chocolate or a hug for the lucky volunteer, no one came forward. She is now prepared to up the ante. A chocolate, a hug OR a bottle of wine. Your choice. (caveat: you don't get a bottle every month. But you do get the initial nice bottle once - or a nice hug. Or chocolate of course which is always nice.)
Only 10 copies are needed for each meeting, that's 1 copy for each table. Please volunteer!

Don't forget to Volunteer for the Car Raffle Draw Event!
Submitted by Communications
The Big Day is almost here!  We need YOU in your Rotary gear to come and help out at ALT's on Saturday, April 16th for the drawing of our Audi Q5. The drawing will take place at 2 pm but we need you before then so come for an hour, or come for the day.
Our Earlyactors will be selling cupcakes and drinks and there will be a kids area with bouncy castle, face painting and sno-cone/cotton candy, all of which will require awesome Rotarians like you to oversee. We'll also have a radio station doing a remote broadcast from the event so we hope for a good turnout.
