The Joint Club BBQ was a "HOT "Success
The Joint Club BBQ held on Sunday July 31st at Fosters in Cayman Kai was a fantastic event. Our club was represented by approx 30 Rotarians and guests. We had arrivals by land and sea. We even saw some of those elusive species such as the lesser spotted Robin Garnham, and the red breasted Don Foster and Chris Hanni. Dr. Meggs finally made it after following the smoke cloud…..
One thing that was evident was that we need to recruit some more domino players! However, we were well represented on the BBQ! The food was fantastic thanks to Chef Alan Silverman, with some help from Sergeant Gilles and PP Dave. There was salmon, steak, hotdogs, hamburgers, ribs, pulled pork, corn, salads etc. and of course the drinks were flowing but I am sure that had to do with the heat?
