Rotary Club of Grand Cayman's Donation Drive for CI Crisis Centre
We are all familiar with the fine work of the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre (CICC) in providing a first emergency shelter and safe place for women and their children to escape domestic violence. These victims often flee abuse with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. And that’s why the CICC needs your help.
Partnering with the CICC, the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman is kindly asking for donations of:
- gently used and/or new women's clothes, shoes, handbags and accessories;

- gently used and/or new children's clothes and shoes (boys and girls);

- gently used and/or new linens, towels, blankets and comforters (children and adults);

- toiletries (children and adults);

- furniture, household items and appliances;

- children’s educational books, games and toys;

- non-perishable canned food.

Every little bit helps! Please, spread the word at your workplace, to your family and amongst your friends.

1. Your Community Service Committee is happy to accept any and all donations at the weekly Rotary Thursday lunch meetings scheduled July 25th and August 1st.

2. Alternatively, Johnny and I will come and collect your donations either at your home or at your place of work up to August 27.

We will make this process as efficient and easy as possible so that we might maximize the collection of donations!

CICC would be grateful for all donations. Your kindness and generosity directly benefit women and children experiencing abuse. Simply by donating your gently used items, you help end domestic violence and become a part of the solution in our community. Additionally, recycling saves landfill space, reduces greenhouse gases and conserves energy. By donating and recycling your clothing, furniture and household items, you will be making a positive impact on our environment as well.

Many thanks in advance.
