Culture day was a glorious day this week for the Joyce Samuel Primary School in which members from the Rotary Club of Tortola attended.
The school which was adopted by the Club has regularly received great Rotary  support.

Highlights of the day were words of encouragement by former Principal Elmore Stoutt of the then BVI High School and inspirational work of art and words nicely displayed in the school.

A team of Rotarians were led President Lynette Harrigan to join in on the celebration.  The children had a fun filled day of games and a very cultural and successful time.
