Persons can also register at www.rotarytortola.org.  Several great prizes will be given away to winners of the Rally including up to $2,600 in cash prizes. Other prizes will be awarded for the best costumes, best decorated car, ugliest car and much more! 

 

The Fun Car Rally promises to deliver a great day of fun and entertainment for the Virgin Islands Community under the theme “Let’s Go, Let’s Go! Meet Me on The Road”!  The Fun Car Rally will also provide a great avenue and showcase where participants and the wider Virgin Islands Community can learn more about Rotary and the Rotary Foundation.

 

The first ever Fun Car Rally was held in 1990 and has since become one of the Rotary Club of Tortola’s biggest and most popular events that entertains and promotes safe driving to drivers of all ages!  Young and old, family and friends, private citizens and company teams will all come out to compete in a road course that will test their knowledge of Tortola and their safe driving skills as they figure out clues that take them around the island. The event also features a host of fun-filled games and other great family activities throughout the day such as bouncy castle, dunk booth, lucky dip and a challenging obstacle course where you can further test your driving skills.

 

The Fun Car Rally reflects the Rotary Club of Tortola’s commitment to serving the Virgin Islands community and the wider world through great humanitarian service, Rotary awareness and promoting world peace.  Our communities are better because we are able to turn gifts into projects that help make a difference in our communities.  As we move from success to significance, this fundraising event will help demonstrate what it means to be a “Gift to the World”.
