The Rotary Club of Tortola donated $250,000 worth of surgical instruments to the BVI Health Services Authority on Friday, 10th August 2018.
In attendance were RI President Barry and First Lady Esther, 7020 DG Patrick Adizua and First Lady Lesline, Hon Ronnie Skelton, Minister of Health, all BVI Rotary Presidents, Chief of medical staff Dr. June Samuel (Rotary Road Town), Director of Nursing Service Gretchen Hodge-Penn (Rotary Sunrise), Operation room staff, DGN Delma Maduro, AG Elvis Harrigan, BVIHSA CEO Paula Chester-Cumberbatch, other members of the BVI Rotary family and hospital personnel.

There was also a tour of the facilities showcasing all the donations by the BVI Rotary clubs:
1. Playroom on the 5th Floor
2. NICU incubators
3. Dialysis machines
The RI President along with DG was pleased with the BVI rotary clubs.
