Members of the Eco Rotary Club, District 5000, and Hawaii Legacy Hardwoods visited Gunstock Ranch. The group met to tour the planting area where, on Nov. 28, 5,000 Milo Trees will be planted.
This multi cooperation between all these organizations lead by Rotarians in Hawaii will bring as a result, the planting of 5,000 trees as part of the reforestation program for " Hawaii Legacy Forest". The project will have the expert insights from Dr. Camilo Mora and his initiative "Carbon Neutrality Challenge"
Our club is very excited and looking forward to materialized this big dream. Eco Rotary Club of Kaka'kako is committed to take action and contribute to the improvement of our community with environmental and sustainable projects around the island.
