Otto Stoll Award / Storybook Project

Otto Stoll Award honoring citizens of Thousand Oaks who best exemplified service in the best interests of the city and its population.

The Storybook Project which allows inmates to record themselves reading from a children's book, and gifts their children with the book and the recording. Creating a bond between the children and their incarcerated parent.
