Charter Night - Year end Celebration

Come out to our annual Charter Night party where we celebrate our accomplishments for the past year.  This year's event is being held at Suzanna Geerlink's place.  The address & details are located on Clubrunner.

All members & partners are invited to attend to celebrate this past year and what we have accomplished.  

Our club Membership Cares committee will provide BBQ'd burgers (regular & veggie) and pulled pork for the main dish along with all refreshments (beer, wine, pop, etc) . Members are asked to bring one of the following: appetizer, side dish/salad or dessert. 

If you have a burger preference (reg vs veggie) please add that to the comments along with any food sensitivities or allergies that we need to consider when you register.  It will help us plan for dinner.  

We will be collecting $25 fee from all attendees to cover the cost of the food & drinks. You can pay in person at a Rotary meeting prior to the event or send an e-transfer to treasurer@trilliumrotary.com if you wish to pay by e-transfer.  

We encourage members to bring lawn chairs.

There may be some parking concerns as Suzanna lives in a rural area without road parking but that info will be shared with attendees closer to the date.  If you are able to coordinate car pooling to cut down on the number of vehicles, that would be great.
