Mega Hockey Playoff Pool

Tickets are ready! See Mike Dedels for yours. Tickets are $20. A few more details:

2014 PLAYOFF POOL ENTRY – Tickets now available!

To register for Aurora Rotary’s 2014 Playoff MegaHockeyPool you must:

1. Purchase a ticket, either at the sponsor locations listed below OR click on the link on the home page to take you to an online order form OR click to download your  MegaHockeyPool ticket (Using Adobe Reader to view the PDF) and mail, scan, email or Fax (entry form page only) to the Aurora Rotary address/number below.

2. Pick your team between April 14 and 18 at 9:00 pm by either:

a. Online, the easy way, and see your stats right away!

Press the Standings button and follow the directions in the announcements or

b. filling in the Picklist (available April 14) at one of the sponsors or from Kamloops this Week or

c. printing off the Picklist (available April 14) and faxing it to 888-594-9123 or

d. printing off the Picklist (available April 14) and scanning and emailing it to megahockeypool@shaw.ca

Notes:

•Make sure to include your name and Team Name on the Picklist so we can attach it to your ticket.

•Payment must be included with your Ticket for it to be deemed valid.

Golf Tournament- June 18th

 Stephen K is chairing this year's golf tournament committee, there has been three meetings so far, the next meeting is scheduled for Thursday at 7am. If you have some ideas/contacts or would like to assist with this please contact Stephen.

Also, please save the date, this year's tournament will be on Wednesday, June 18th. Volunteers will be needed for that day. More info to come.

District Conference- May 1st - 4th

This year's conference in Yakima, WA has the theme "The Magic of Rotary" and promises to be a great opportunity for Rotary learning and fellowship. Check out the program and register at http://conference2014.rotary5060.com/

If you are interested in riding the Rotary Bus to Yakima (approx cost $100pp) it will leave Kamloops early Thursday, May 1st and returning Sunday evening. Please let Dorys CM know if you are interested.

Soles for Souls shoe collection.- All of April

It goes on all of April, locations include Mcdonalds, Starbucks, Kamloops Insurance, Flavours of India.  Let Sherry M know if you can help collect from the different locations.

 Family Dinner - May 27th

 At Norkam Secondary, six volunteers will be needed from 4:00 to 7:30pm. Dorys CM will lead, Please let her know if you can help

All of these service activities are also open to non-members, so please feel free to invite others.
