Our next Zoom club meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 13th
If you have any guests to invite, please share this information with them so they can join us. The meeting itself will start at 12:00pm However, Karen will have the meeting open at 11:45 am.
If you do not already have Zoom set up, you should be able to click on the first link below and join the meeting. It will likely have you download Zoom first (you will need to do this). You will want to connect using your computer's audio (you can test the speakers/microphone first). You will need to have working speakers or headset to hear the meeting. If you have a webcam, you can turn video on!
If you do have the Zoom app already set up on your computer, you should be able to go into that app and just enter the meeting ID (highlighted in yellow below). The link may also take you right there but if that doesn't work, just enter the meeting ID.
For those who are interested, you can use Zoom on mobile devices (iPhone, anyways, probably others too). There is a Zoom app to download and it works well
Once we are in the Zoom meeting, there are options along the bottom of the window (they do disappear when not used - move your mouse to have them reappear). You have the option to start/stop video, mute/unmute yourself, open a chat window (feel free to use that if you have question), and others
Remember it is a video conference...we can see you!
Make sure you are muted when not speaking, background noise gets load when not muted
