Monday, November 11, 2019 Courthouse Veterans Day Ceremony Howell Rotary will be holding the Monday, November 11th meeting at Cleary's Pub in Howell. As the meeting is on Veteran's Day, members will have an opportunity to attend the ceremony at the Veteran's memorial on the Courthouse lawn prior to the Rotary meeting. The ceremony begins at 11:00am and lasts about a half hour. Cleary's will have food ready at approximately 11:45am. Hope to see you all there! Everyone is welcome to attend the Howell High school AirForceROTC assembly and Veteran Meet & Greet 11-11 at 8:30am to honor our veterans at the Rod Bushey Performing Arts Center. The Key note speaker is Howell City police officer Banfield USMC. There will be plenty of time to get to the Courthouse. COMING SOON: Monday, November 18, 2019 Tour de Livingston Celebration Jake Andrews and Nick Proctor will share successes and recognize all of those who helped make it happen! Monday, November 25, 2019 "Talk, Read, Sing" Campaign Educator Julie Beach from Jubilee Goat Farm in Fowlerville will share her unique business and passion for teaching young people. She hosts weekly storytimes with special events for young people at her farm with her miniature silky goats playing a key role in her educational programs. Julie has recently presented at the Fowlerville Rotary Club and was a recent guest on WHMI. |
