On Friday morning, the Trophy Club Rotary Club welcomed Lori Cerami, mother of Elise Cerami. Elise was a passionate, experienced, and physically fit competitive swimmer who drowned during warm-ups at a club practice on June 20, 2016.

In her honor, the Swim4Elise Foundation nonprofit was established to initiate “a positive wave of change” for USA Swimmers by increasing awareness of water safety.

To learn more about Elise and the Foundation set up in her honor, visit Swim4Elise Foundation.

The Trophy Club Rotary Club is so thankful for Lori and the time she took out of her day to share her beautiful daughters story along with water safety tips.

Tiffany Nimphius and Mindi Bone spoke to our Club about how we can help with the planting of flags for the Fourth of July. We are looking forward to the opportunity to help with this event.

Travis Inge and Karl Chester presented safety vests to each member of our Club on behalf of Frost Bank. These vest will be worn by Rotarians during projects around town. Thank you, Travis, Karl, and Frost Bank!
