Our club will join San Mateo's 47th Annual Eggstravaganza event. It's a family-fun spring-themed event filled with live entertainment, egg hunts, photo opportunities, food trucks, a community parade and more! We will be serving pancake breakfast families
20 volunteers are needed for this event.

Healthy Cities Tutoring
Georganne will be speaking about the organization's unique tutoring and mentoring program that engages over 350 community volunteers to provide tutoring and mentoring to approximately 400 elementary and middle school students in Redwood City and San Carlos each year. Georganne will share with us their program and outcomes, as well as, - spoiler alert - encourage us to get involved as tutors!

The community is invited to bring e-waste and shredding to our event. We take care of removing it from "customer" vehicles and moving it to Golden State Hauling and Shred truck. - Donations are WELCOMED

Updates from our last meeting
 
Induction of New Member: Victoria Alonso
Victoria has been a strong supporter of our club events for several months from eWaste, to 100 Points of Light, to Beach Cleanup and more. With the classification of Nanny, she brings a compassionate heart to helping the community. Thank you Jessica Govea, Victoria's sponsor to introducing an awesome person to our club family.

  • Have a vocational minute at a future meeting for people to learn about others’ businesses
  • Host/co-host an RMB event with a panel discussion focused on providing support for businesses (e.g., leadership coach, conflict resolution, etc.)

The event was sold out. We raised the most fund since the inception. The success was due to full participation from the club.
