Welcome to another issue of the Gregory Hills Next Gen Rotary Club Bulletin.

Gingerbread House Fundraiser
 
Have you purchased your gingerbread houses? All transactions that use the code above will earn the club a commission of 20% of your purchases. Please log in and purchase before the 30th November.
 
If you would like to build your gingerbread house with other club members on Sunday 3rd December between 12 noon and 3pm can you please RSVP to Kellie by Wednesday 29th November to email secretary@gregoryhillsrotary.org or message on the clubs facebook page.
Wednesday 29th November - Christmas Party
 
Thank you to Jill for organising the Clubs Christmas Party. It will be taking place on Wednesday 29th November at 
Formosa Asian Cuisine Restaurant

Time 6pm-6.30pm

To assist with the payment of the meals can all members please bring cash to pay for your meal.
 
Annual General Meeting
 
The Annual General meeting will be held on Wednesday 6th December at 7pm at Wests Country Club. Please mark your diaries now - we would love to see all members in attendance. If you are interested in joining the board please feel free to chat to one of the current board members about the roles.
 
The AGM will also be our Quarterly Hamper Drive for Shining Stars. At this time of the year the need is quite large and the more items we can donate to Shining Stars would be wonderful to be able to help those in need. They are also looking for unwrapped gifts for children aged between 0 -18 years old. Please remember to bring along your donations on Wednesday 6th December.
 
Macarthur DV Walk
 
Save the date for Macarthur DV Walk at Mt Annan Botanic Gardens gathering at 9.30 am on the Lakeside Lawn on Saturday 9th December. Walk to commence at 10.00 am with speeches to follow and then lunch on the lawn afterwards. More details to follow.
 
And don't forget to wear purple!!
