Welcome to another issue of the Gregory Hills Next Gen Rotary Club Bulletin. It has a been a busy couple of weeks. Please take note that as of Monday 15th April 2024 our club meetings will be held on the 1st and 3rd Monday nights at Willowdale Hotel at 175 Barbula Rd, Denham Court. Hopefully this makes it easier for members to attend and to bring along a few new friends.

Congratulations to the District Conference Team for hosting a very informative and inspiring conference recently. Many of our members attended and had a great time and have all come away with some great memories and a new drive to support some wonderful causes.

 

Congratulations to Kim and her team in coordinating the Macarthur Rotary First Responders Award Night. It is a night to reflect and recognise on the services that the men and women in the Fire & Rescue, Ambulance, Rural Fire Services and SES do everyday in the community. The evening was well represented by members of our Club below.

 

 

Earlier this year all members were sent an email to complete a club survey by Ros. If you have not completed it can you  please complete it ASAP.

 

The RYPEN dates have now been announced. They will be on 17-19 May at Teen Ranch and the 9-11 August at Telford Royal National Park.

 

RYPEN is the Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment, and is for young people aged 14 to 16 years who have shown qualities and application in everyday life which deserve further development.

If you know of any possible candidates please speak to one of the Board members.

If you have friends and family who would love to join us please have them fill in the registration form asap and email it back.
