Dear Rotary Club Presidents,
It’s been some weeks since we last met and I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and the members of the Rotary Clubs for your generous donation of the GE mini TOE probe to our Cardiology Department at Liverpool Hospital. Your support has significantly enhanced our ability to provide high-quality care to our patients, and we are deeply thankful for your kindness and generosity.
The mini TOE probe has been an invaluable addition to our department. Since receiving this advanced piece of equipment, we have utilized it in numerous procedures, resulting in improved diagnostic capabilities and better patient outcomes. The impact of this donation cannot be overstated, and we are continuously reminded of your support each time we use it.
Moreover, I would like to extend my personal thanks for taking the time to visit our hospital and allowing me the opportunity to thank you in person. It was a pleasure to meet you and the members of your club, and the visit is fondly remembered by all who were present. The photos taken during your visit capture the spirit of collaboration and generosity that your club embodies. I have attached some of these photos, which we cherish as a reminder of this meaningful event which also featured in the hospital newsletter and Facebook page on the same day!
Please convey our sincerest thanks to all the members of your club. Your commitment to supporting healthcare and improving the lives of our patients is truly inspiring. We look forward to future opportunities for collaboration and friendship.
Thank you once again for your generous donation and for your ongoing support of our work.
Warmest regards,
Melissa Leung
