Welcome to another issue of the Gregory Hills Next Gen Rotary Club Bulletin.

 

Just a reminder our next club meeting is tomorrow night Monday 20th May at our new venue Willowdale Hotel at 7pm.  We are looking forward to hearing all about Australian Rotary Health from Rick Vosila.

 

Mother Nature looked down on us on Sunday 12th May and stopped the rain and allowed the sun to shine for a very successful Camden Mothers Day Classic. We are very honoured to assist the organisers with raising funds for cancer research and congratulate them on a day well ran. A big thank to all our members and families who helped out in any way for the event.

Its National Volunteer week and our club started the campaign by attending the Camden Council Volunteer Expo. Thank you our members who attended and shared the great things our club does.  If you know of anyone who would like to volunteer but is not sure which group to join, maybe its time to invite them along to our club meeting's.

Nicole, Ros and Kellie attended the District Club Assembly on Saturday 18th May. The event was attended by over 135 other members from the District where we were introduced to the District leaders for 2024/2025 and were provided guidance and assistance on running our club. This years motto has been about Creating Hope in the World. and we excited with the new motto of "The Magic of Rotary"
