Wow what a busy few weeks to the start of the 2024/2025 Rotary Year!!

 

Congratulations to Sarah and the organising committee for a successful event to acknowledge the wonderful work that the police do in our community.  Thank you to our club members who were able to attend on the night.

 

We were so excited to present Dr Alex Butfield at the recent club meeting with funds to support the Campbelltown Hospital Emergency Department Nursing Development Program. He also provided some very inspiring stories of the hard work and dedication of the nurses. 

 

Our club spirit shone through on Saturday at the Bunnings BBQ. It was great to see so may people help out either on the day or assisting with promotion of the event, preparing the items needed and doing the shopping.

It was one of our most successful BBQ's raising just over $1800 to go to the MHERV project.  Well done everyone!

 

 

 

To keep that community spirit going, our next club meeting on Monday 19th August will be a working bee to prepare breakfast packs for Shining Stars.

 

Please let Nicole know if you are able to purchase any of the below items to bring on the night, or if you are able to donate any funds and Nicole will do the shopping for the night.

We need two sub committees for our upcoming events.

 

Please reach out to Sarah to join the Everest Fundraising Event Committee. This event will take place on Saturday 19th October.

 

Please reach out to Adam or Kellie to join the 2025 Golf Day Event Committee, this event will take place on Wednesday 9th April 2025, but we need to start to discuss the planning of the sponsorship proposals and planning for the day.
