Keegan Springfield joined Troy rotary in July, 2021. Keegan was born in Detroit and grew up in Royal Oak, where he was a member of the last graduating class of Dondero High School. He attended Illinois Tech in Chicago, graduating with a BS in Business Administration.
In 2011 he returned home and began working for the local Scout Council, serving his own home territory of Royal Oak, Troy, Madison Heights, Birmingham, and Bloomfield Hills. He is currently serving as a District Director now covering two territories which make up the southern half of Oakland County.
This job entails supporting roughly 150 different Scouting units, fundraising, youth and volunteer recruitment, and community engagement, via partnered organizations.
Keegan is an Eagle Scout himself, and former member of a Troy Scout Troop. He's passionate about the outdoors, including conservation and habitat preservation. His hobbies include camping, hunting, fishing, and gardening."
Keegan is now a member of the Troy membership team.
