Karen Greenwood is the Chairperson of Troy Community Foundation Board. She will speak at the March 8 membership meeting about the Foundation and its four important aspects : grants, endowments, Troy Charity Night and Troy Family Daze.
Karen is recognized as a top 1% of Caldwell Banker Real Estate agents Worldwide. She has represented more than 1,500 clients over 23+ years as a Realtor®. In 2022, she helped clients buy/sell 75 homes with over $24M in sales and in 2018, she was honored as Michigan Realtor® of the year. She has MBA in Strategic Development.
Karen does volunteer work with many organizations. She is a member of the City of Troy Assessing Board, Oakland County Habitat for Humanity Women's Build Steering Committee and Director of Michigan Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She has served for eight years on Michigan State Licensing Board, four years as its Chairperson. She is a former director of Stage Nature Center.
Karen is married to our Club's President-Nominee Jay Greenwood.
