Since 2011, area Rotary clubs have coordinated the funding, purchase, and delivery of pre-cooked Thanksgiving meals to community families in need. In 2021, Rotarians and friends delivered over 200 meals.
With the growing cost of food, inflation, and the widening wage gap, more and more families struggle to put food on their plate - let alone provide a traditional holiday meal.
Each meal is pre-cooked and includes turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, vegetables, and pie. There is enough to serve 8; the families just need to heat & serve!
Volunteers will gather on Thanksgiving morning to pick-up & deliver the meals.
