Dr. Benard will be presenting on his 32 year involvement as a Rotarian in districts 5280 & 7690 and talk about his Rotary International Global Grant in support of Operation Footprint in India.
A resident of Hermosa Beach, California, Marc is an author and lecturer in biomechanics and reconstructive foot & ankle surgery in children and current serves as Assistant Director of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, for which he has also served as CEO.
