Finding Your Own Leadership Style

Leadership is a skill that can be fine tuned to the circumstance and situation that you find yourself in.

Michael Akpata is an individual with a wide variety of leadership experiences and  unique insights into the art of leadership. As a member of the Royal Canadian Regiment serving in the Canadian Combat mission Afghanistan he received both the Task Force Commander and then the Area Commander's commendations. As a police investigator with Windsor Police he has received numerous awards, and recognition for his actions including the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, the Advocate of the Year for Older Adults and the Neal Jessop Award for excellence . He currently is a sitting Town Councilor in the Town of LaSalle Ontario, and is the Team Lead for Public Safety, Investigations, and Counterfraud for IBM Canada Security.

He brings a number of insights into different leadership styles based on the circumstances and situations that one can find them self in. Mike is committed to assisting persons in leadership positions to find, and craft their own leadership  style in order to assist with their success.
