fundraiser to End Polio Now. Over 80 people in attendance at the St. Nicholas Cultural Center in Troy. Athletic Director of Michigan State, Mark Hollis, was the keynote speaker. Over $800 raised for polio, to be doubled by the Bill Gates foundation, so a total of $2,400 was raised in the effort to eradicate Polio from the world by 2018.
