Close your eyes...inhale with 6 count...exhale with an 8 count.  Susan Stencel, owner of Clarkston Hot Yoga studios was our speaker as we learned how to relax, relate and release using hot yoga.  Hot Yoga is the practice of yoga with stifling temperatures that releases toxins in the body.  Susan shared of the benefits of hot yoga, which ca help you to focus, have good posture, relieve stress and have overall good health. She gave all members a free visit to participate in Hot Yoga.
