The Rotary Club of Pontiac was established in 1922. In many ways, the Club was ahead of its time. Immediately it passed a ruling that "no candidate for membership in the Rotary Club of Pontiac shall be barred because of race, nationality, or creed." The focus throughout its history is the youth of our community. We have valued the opportunities to network, to share and to promote community service.

 

As we approach the 100th anniversary of our Pontiac Rotary Club, we look forward to continuing our impact on the Pontiac community, partnering with public, private and non-profit organizations in working toward a positive future for all who live, work and engage here.
