Changed lives: Gleaners last weekend; Rachel Evers thanked Dr. Gray regarding transportation issue; Lori Lalama during a ramp build needed a hair tie and she thanked Brian Donovan for having a rubberband; Nancy B. Johnson thanked David Hartsook for VG community points.

Scott Griffith thanked Scott Spitler for help with new vehicle and Fred for help with sewage clean up.

Cathy Riesterer - Student going abroad to Brazil - Megan Dunaski.  She is paying for entire program on her own. It is over $5000.  Not sure if she will get any extra money from host Rotary. Nancy B. Johnson: Livingston Life showcasing work gone at Library

Don Homan gave an update on move to Boyne City. Said on Thursday this week they could use some help getting ready for a garage sale as his home. Looking for a few people to help set up. If interested reach out to Don Homan or Piet Lindhout .

Greg Gray: Brighton Seniors Mick Bragg, Blake ?, and Sarah Wood here to talk about Pink week. Such events during the week include: Silent auction &  Coins for cancer.  It is a week long event for breast cancer. They are looking for business sponsors: Bronze up to $49; Silver from $50-$99; Gold $100-$149; Platinum $150-$199. Everyone gets a Brighton pink week poster who sponsors! Designed by Mick who also does work for Disney.

Tom Coates updated Rotary on his wife Kim. She is still in hospital and recovering from surgery. Getting out later today. Her lung collapsed and required surgery.

Michele Bouhana : Gleaners if you say you are going to be there please show up. Rough Saturday because people did not show up after they said they wood. Michelle could use some help so talk to her if interested.

Blood drive on September 23rd: need staff members. If interested talk to Michele. Also please sign up todonate blood.

Program: CLUB ASSEMBLY

Jim Barnas regarding programs-Greeters, lives changed charts. Over 80 members currently. New members proposed need to be quality and willing to be active.
Steve Belanger: - family if rotary; Social media and holiday dinner;Be a Rotarian and get involved with groups. We are not just members.
Piet Lindhout: - service projects.Thanksgiving dinners, deliver and prep. Coming again day before Thanksgiving; Raiders- 5 ramps in line and need help cause won't get to all of them. Need help always.
Bill Markby: public communication; Need more people to help with notes. Currently Beth, Adrienne, and Mike take notes;Going to begin working on re-design of Rotary logo and Mick Bragg from BHS maybe able to help.
Rachelle Evers: Literacy, always looking for information on adults who need help.
Terry Gill: - scholarship fund and good dead doers; See Beth Walker regarding scholarship
Good dead doers- is meant to create friendships amongst Rotarians and bond the group together with others, while working on projects. Next month focus: mental health. Brian Parsons heading up.
Pam McConeghy:  pennies for polio; Bi law revision
Cathy Riesterer- fund raising, Working on ideas currently.
Treasurers report: Everything is ok! Financial's are in good shape.$20k left in outstanding dues.
Guest lunch fee is $9.00; If you propose a new member you pay the meal for the first 3 weeks.

50/50 drawing: No one won the jackpot, and Beth Walker, Maribeth Regnier and Peggi Mintz were unsuccessful in their search to locate the Ace of Spades.
