PROGRAM:  Chris Smith and Rodney Goble presented today’s program on the Legacy Center and Fitwall.  The Legacy Center helps the community grow and offers programs for families.  Currently the field house is being finished, and hopefully in 2017 medical services will also be available.  The Legacy Center has 14 events per year for families, and also has a learning center for kids, which offers nutrition and tutors.  Every winter community members bring their drones, helicopters, and other flying object to the dome for fun.  Rodney Goble emphasized that the Legacy Center is always looking to create opportunities to partner with other organizations for the benefit of the community.

Chris Smith is a head coach and professional hockey player for Fitwall.  Fitwall’s approach is to maximize gym time in a focused low impact work out, that ramps up over time.    They have strength, cardio, and a blend of both that takes only 40 minutes per session.  You can work out three times per week and achieve your goals.  Fitwall will open in Brighton next month.  Group classes have up to 14 people per class, with two coaches per class.  There is opportunity to work one-on-one with coach that is well trained in rehabilitation.  Membership is $100/month for group exercise classes.

50/50 Drawing:  New progressive 50/50.  Brian Parsons, Terry Gill, and Fred Arthur were unable to find the Ace of Spades.
