Monique – her son graduated with honours from High school – heading to Mohawk
Don Steele – His son and grandson came from Edmonton and they did “Guy” stuff including a very cool visit to Tank Fest – an amazing working museum
Patricia – Sad $ fined herself for neglecting to get her duties covered last week.
Jacqui – Travel – 6 Days in Texas with her brother and went zip lining, and her husband managed to keep the gardens alive in her absence. They have given away at least 7 dozen cucumbers and many other items to the food bank.
Dean – proud dad as daughter wrote and passed her RN exam.
Club History moment – Paul Kadlick – in his year of president (1991-1992) the club decided to invite women. 6 oldest members left the club because of it, included the police chief, and architect and realtor. Al in all he thinks we did well by adding the women.

Timea – a client mentioned to her that there is a cool Barn Tour Charity in July of next year Walkerton General Hospital – check it out
Reminder in one month there is a festival in the park, so please sign up for shifts, we need beer tent, eco, setup. You can also ask Janet & Ute who are the volunteer coordinators.
Anand mentioned the meeting was now a closed meeting and our guest was asked to leave.
Private Club Meeting Results
The following motions were proposed and passed
1stMotion: To remove the old purposes from our Trust Indenture Document and approve making changes to the Charitable purposes required to meet both current CRA requirements and our Rotary purposes which will include the following approved CRA wording:
To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
To relieve poverty by providing basic amenities such as food, clothing, essential health care services, and other essential items to individuals and families in financial need.
To do all such things as are ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purpose.
2nd Motion: To set aside up to $10,000 for legal and other fees to bring the purposes up to date.
3rd Motion: To allow the ability to set up a new charitable corporation.
