Tthe Rotary Club of Burlington-Lakeshore Foundation have voted in major changes to their academic scholarship program for the students of Burlington.  All academic scholarships have been increased by 40%, with each award recipient now earning a scholarship of $3,500.  As well, the number of scholarships presented has been increased from 9 to 10.

The Rotary Club of Burlington-Lakeshore Foundation, together with the Rotary Club of Burlington-Lakeshore, take pride in supporting the efforts of our youth to develop their skills, and is the largest private funder of scholarships for Burlington youth in the community. 

 

In time for scholarship awards this June, the Rotary Club of Burlington-Lakeshore Foundation have voted in major changes to their academic scholarship program for the students of Burlington.

Recognizing the ever increasing cost of post-secondary education, and the burden this places on young students, all academic scholarships have been increased by 40%, with each award recipient now earning a scholarship of $3,500, an increase of $1,000 per scholarship over awards in 2014. 

As well, the number of scholarships presented has been increased from 9 to 10.
