Graeme Newton, CEO of cross-River Rail Delivery will be speaking about the Cross River Rail Project.
This will be a good chance for members to show Rotary solidarity *and* learn about a very important development that will touch our lives.
Graeme Newton has led a number of large-scale, high profile and complex infrastructure projects during his career that spans over 25 years.
He was appointed to the role of CEO for the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority in June 2017. There, he is responsible for leading the State’s top priority infrastructure project: creating Brisbane’s first underground rail line. Cross River Rail will unlock a bottleneck at the core of the city transport network and provide social and economic benefits across South East Queensland.
Cost will be $46, pay at the door. But please pre-register at the link above because it will be well-attended and the Brisbane Club will need catering numbers.
