Today's meeting was a Club Forum and President Ken, after welcoming our Guest Denise Castonguay, called on Board Member Ben Amsden to talk about the ongoing work to develop an integrated trail system in the greater Plymouth Area.  The Board has been exploring ways to support opportunities for outdoor exercise and this will be one that we continue to look at.

Sara noted that the Ballot for Officers and Board Members for the 2018-2019 Rotary Year was sent out last Friday.  So far about half the club has responded.  She sent out another reminder link this morning.  Voting is through Friday, December 22nd.

Ken reported additional Board Meeting highlights:  $1000 is going to support Puerto Rico recovery; the Holiday Parade proceeds will be supporting the "Got Lunch" summer programs in Rumney, Ashland, Plymouth and Campton/Thornton; the Community "Thank You" event is still in development as well as our work on a Community Calendar.

Speech Contest materials are being delivered today to PRHS and the Holderness School.  In addition, we'll be looking for ways to get the word out to Calvary Christian School and the Home Schooled students.

There is about another $40,000 to go in completing the original vision for the Park.  Thanks to Pat...we just might get there a whole lot sooner!  Check out our Facebook Page where Steve also posted up information.

Next week we will be hosting our Scholarship Students.  Let's roll out a special welcome!
