Tonya Cribb was a Rotarian with the Wasilla, Alaska Rotary Club from 2004 to 2006.  She states, "As director of the Plattsburgh State Art Museum, I would very much like to meet community members outside of the SUNY system.  Having been a member of Rotary in another state, I see the impact the club makes on the entire community.  It's volunteer and philanthropic opportunities are very appealing to me as I seek to get to know my community on a deeper level."

Tonya has more than 20 years' experience planning exhibits for museums and galleries.  Her focus on exhibit programming highlights themes in art that are cross-disciplinary in nature -- something that would have broad appeal for our academic community as well as for the community-at-large.  She hopes that going forward, post Covid, there will be many opportunities for the museum to be a greater resource for our region.
