ZOOM Meeting
Plattsburgh, NY
United States of America

Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is hoping the relationship with the Biden adminstration will be better than the past four years has been with the Trump administration. However, there are concerns that the "Buy America Plan” and cancellation of Keystone XL Pipeline permit is a shaky start for the two countries. Christopher Kirkey, Ph.D., director of the Center for the Study of Canada and Institute on Québec Studies at SUNY Plattsburgh, will discuss Canada's expectations and hopes with America's new leader at this week's Rotary club meeting.

Please Note:

The Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Plattsburgh has decided that weekly meetings will be conducted via Zoom for the foreseeable future until in-person meetings are safe. Although we will not be gathering together for our weekly meetings, MHAB Life Skills Campus invites you to order lunch and pick it up prior to the Wednesday Zoom meeting or any other day during the week (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.). You can choose any of their daily sandwiches, salads, soups and snacks for pickup. Just click on https://mhabfresh.smartonlineorder.com/ to order your meal.
