Notice of Annual General Meeting
Wyndham Rotary Club
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Wyndham Rotary to be held at the Italian Social Club Werribee on Wednesday the 29th of November 2023 at 8pm.
The ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting is:
- To receive a report on the activities of the Club during the previous year and any other relevant matters.
- To receive the financial report for the preceding year and to present that report to the meeting for adoption.
An Agenda for this meeting, a copy of the Annual Report for 2022 and a copy of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on the 30th of November 2022 will be sent out next week.
