1. Started with a prayer by President elect Rene Alcantara.
2. President’s welcome to the board and mentioned as a kick off of his administration looking for his expectations, support and cooperation among members.
3. Suggested to maximize the use of club runners for any updates and announcements.
4. Suggested to create our on event like pancake, silog for fundraising event especially on the new administration.

B. Carnival - July 16
C. Golf - go initiated by architect just for participation/ support
D. A participation to attend a parade on Tsawwassen Mills for the sun festival
E. Installation on august 9, new nembers
F. Recall of inactive membership
G. Proposed joint meeting with Fraser view club
H. Proposed club meeting 1st Wednesday is the in person club meeting, second zoom,third Wednesday is the board meeting and fourth for socialization and fellowship
I. Proposed participation to the arts cure on august 2 or 3
J. International partnership on global feeding program with Manila premier and put into motion as approved by the majority
K. Membership process should be based on CBL
