2020 Young Bucs Fundraiser
Car Raffle – Jeep Wrangler from Preferred Dodge Jeep. $100 tickets, sell 500 tickets = $50,000 and a $20,000 net. Raffle license has been approved by the state and tickets will be available in the near future. Brook will be emailing out the online link to buy tickets. Drawing date for the Wrangler is April 21, 2021.
150 tickets are already out the door!
Members are strongly encouraged to contact Brook to get tickets to sell. There is a Rotary generated video to share on Facebook. Ticket sales will also be promoted through the Rotary District.

Program
Committee Meetings
President Lator sent everyone into breakout rooms like a BOSS. We all reconvened at 12:47 p.m. for reporting.
 
International
Kirsten reminded the group about last week's presentation.
Latrine project is closing out.
Working with Muskegon and other clubs to get funds to Honduras for food and clothing.
Need to do some local PR on all of the things Rotary is involved in internationally.
Global Scholar is in Lansing, arrived December 28.
Get Jeep raffle sales on the District Site and we all should share on our personal sites.
 
Membership
Matt reported that we have maintained our membership during COVID, so steady is better than declining.
Classification talks from new members are coming up this winter/spring.
Even though we have 30 people coming to Zoom meetings, we have lots more that are not attending.
 
Administration
Jeep Raffle:
Mary Ann reported that
  • Kelly put together a template email for all of us to us and forward to our contacts.
  • Bill Homan recommended putting together a QR code
  • PR through WAWL and WGHN
  • Should have programs from Andy Ingall, John Martin and the County Health Department
  • John Martin will put a flier in all book bags that go out of the Library (200+ per day)
