17 AP classes with 326 students enrolled, 98% of students graduated last year with a solid plan for post secondary training.
Professional Learning Communities - staff shared learning in all schools

Student Centered
"WIN" Time - What I Need.
Trauma Informed Instruction - trauma exists in the classroom and cannot be ignored. It is often manifest in behavior and to offer an education in such an environment, we need to acknowledge it and manage trauma.

Culture of Caring
Collective Teacher Efficacy
Focus on Student learning
EQUITY - PTA at Rosy and Peach raise $20k to go on field trips. Ferry Raises $3k for same purposes. These different environments are recognized and our schools work to provide quality educational experience for all students - success for all.

Programs aimed at elevating our relationships:
Culture of Caring, Capturing Kids Hearts, Second Step, Mindfulness, Mentoring, QPR/Blue Envelope (Question, Persuade, Refer), Belonging

Education opens up choices for our kids, our schools are stridently non-political and are not indoctrinating anyone. We are teaching our kids how to think, not what to think.
