Aaron Smaka, varsity coach of Grand Haven Volleyball joined us. He is excited for this years volleyball season which includes the battle of the boardwalk which starts Wednesday. The volleyball team is returning several starters including Mallory Woiteshek who recorded her 1,000th kill and 100th ace on Saturday.
Andrew Biedenbender, varsity coach of Grand Haven Football also joined us. He spoke to the servant leadership that the football team has embraced in the off-season. They've taken time to volunteer in the community and have an impact on others. He also spoke about the Young Bucs program and how much of an impact they've had on the varsity level. Their first home game is this Thursday against Stevensville Lakeshore. Coach Biedenbender shared that the GH team has top of the line helmets and use guardian caps in practice. He also talked about how much recruiting has changed and how to be honest about expectations with his student athletes.

Next year's Rotary International is being held in Tiapei Taiwan, Gernot and Kirstin are looking to see if any members are interested in attending. Cost will only be $5000 in total!
Momentum Center and the GH Rotary is looking for an individual to take place in their bridge exchange that will take place in September and October. Rotary is willing to sponsor one interested individual!
