The Jens brought Coco with them. Coco was delivered to the shelter when her owners got arrested on drug charges and went to jail.
 
Safe harbor for animals entrusted to their care through adoption and outreach programs.  
Ottawa Counties only rescue shelter.
3,500 animals come into their shelter each year.
Kitten Yoga - bring your own mat and they throw 20 kittens in there (Puppy Pilates did not go over too well!)
Puppy Yappy Hour - bring people in for a social engagement to relax, have a drink and get to know some puppies

Gernot is seeking volunteers this Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at  the GHAPS ESC Building
 
We need help for our exchange student over spring break March 29 - April 7.  Find Kirsten Runschke or Jay Greer for more details.
 

Andy Ingall reminded everyone about the Sleepwalker Run which will be held on January 26, 2019.  We need volunteers from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. See Jill Argetsinger if you would like to be a $300 sponsor.  Registration fees are $25 for adults and $15 for high school students. Look at winterfestmi.org for more details.

Raffle - $99 for winner and $260 for charity and it rolls over!
 
Morning meeting is held the  first and third Tuesdays of each month.   Meetings are  at 126 Columbus - Riopelle Building.
